good evening doctor I am suffering from shivering cold& fever. I breast fed my baby but she did vomit all. my infant doesn't take formula milk. I took dolo 650. is it safe to breast feed my baby? can i give any medicine to her so that she can have my milk with out catching my cold & fever.

A. hi, dolo that is paracetamol is safe in a lactating mothers.. it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby. of she us vomiting food tok than meet her doctor
