Good evening doctor.. Dentist prescribed novamax for dental infection... I am breastfeeding mother... doc told to check with pediatrician before taking... plz suggest.. my daughter is 11 month and 15 days old

A. It is secreted in a very small amount in the breast milk which is considered to be safe for the baby. But novamox can cause a stomach upset for some people.
