Good day doctor. My son is 19 months old and likes to eat chocolate gems frequently(8-10) pieces a day. I am little bit worried about his dental health. kindly suggest me some measures to avoid any dental problem due to his this habit. Thanks and regards.

A. good day dear Mum such high sugary foods like chocolate candies are highly unhealthy not only for teeth but also for health also eating habits are developing so avoid keeping and storing junk brush twice daily

A. Brush the teeth of the child properly that’s what you can do morning and night that’s very important that you maintain oral hygiene like that and sweets if the child is having 8 to 10 pieces in a day try to reduce it down a little bit because it has a very high content of sugar artificial colour which is not very good for a child
