Good afternoon my sister is 9 years old she got her 1st menses yesterday morning is there any reason for very soon menses and she is suffering from a lot of stomach ache what are the food items she need to eat and can you suggest any medication regarding the stomach ache or can we use any tablets(or)syrup for this,pls suggest any medicines pls respond very soon

A. hello do nit give any medicine since the child as started menstruatuin she can experience pain but chk gynecologist n also educate the child n guve it a healthy n nutritioud easily digested food in the diet
