Good afternoon mam/sir, mera ab 9th april ko fifth month start hone wala he to me calcium iron tablet kaunsi time pe lun aur milk kab pivu please advise me

A. yoh can take irin supplement after lunc n calcium after dinner.. fir more details you can ask your own treating doctor. have protien ruch duet at this time. tc
