Good afternoon mam, my daughter is 5 years old having12. 700 weight. This is ok or not. She is very active no problem but she is not gaining weight. Suggest me pl.

A. hi well, weight is low it might happen because of increased activity level and low absorption of calories. so please offer energy dense food to your child. give fresh fruits and veggies like banana, apple, papaya, avacado, chickoo , potato, sweet potato etc to your child include dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
