Good afternoon mam Iam kahekashan Syed and my baby is Mustafa Syed.now mustafa is 21month old.his birth weight is 2kg100gm. at this age his weight is 8-8.5 kg something .when he eat cold and sour then he gets afever ,cough .his immunity is low and he is hyper active. Mam please suggest something for his better health. Thankyou mam
