Good afternoon doctor, My baby is 11 month old she predominantly using left hand even for eating even if she has food in her right hand she transferred it to left and eat , some family members said train her fir right hand ?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see you can try to train her but all this is controllef by brain and its ok dear. dont force her.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids can be left handers which s not a problem and you y should never forcefully change the habit and you should ket your child use the hand which your child is comfortable with and any concern then you can check with your doctor
