GM sir, sir my baby 2 month 20 days old but no weight gain so plz give me suggestions for increase weight gain

A. babies are exclusively breast feed recommended for six months.. months milk helps in weight gain.. maintain gap between feeds.. you can start with vitamin supplements as Zincovit Or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric..
