Q.
gm sir...my son laukik who is almost 7 years old..he is saying too much of leg cramps.. especially right leg..he is not able to sleep sometimes due to pain ..from past 1 year he is saying that problem..when I ask his regular doctor he told that it's growing muscle pain..but now a days the pain is increasing.. please suggest something for that

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growthd pain.
it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.
if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might bed limb pain.
if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and proper reports evaluation and better to evaluate once with your local doctor or an orthopaedic in person. Also massage your baby legs with peanut oil as it works of weak muscles.
