steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking. y

Yes That’s absolutely true just imagine when you stream of food and everything is going to die of course in the fruit after you see Miss it’s no point if you can give it in the rock formation to the child you can great if you can add a bit of milk into it and then you can just pure it or something like that try to give it more
