A. Hello good afternoon !! As the baby completed one year you can give family foods but with less oil,spices avoid nuts directly and small pieces of fruits and vegetables which might cause choking. Cerelac adding veggies ,ghee or dal kichdi adding vegetables dal rice with any vegetable or leafy vegetable,porridges(sooji,dalia,oats , poha,rice ,ragi) ,curd rice ,roti or paratha with curd,dal ,sabji ,vegetable cutlet /paneer pan fry using less oil ,omlet or scrambled egg are healthy options .
