A. dear mom eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits include salad curd dressings dal water, lukewarm water coconut water, soups in your diet eat 1 to 2 chapati in lunch and dinner along with dal vegetable ,salad

A. Hi parent I believe you are asking for your self. some advise Take more citrus Fruits and millets Take less cereals and pulses. Take sunbath daily Take a walk daily avoid maida sugar salt packagd and processed food. Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
