Dear ma’am, you can give milk with almond powder add to it in the morning and for breakfast vegetable idli or ragi dosa/millet khichdi/aloo poori etc can be given. Mid morning you can give one fruit. For lunch any variety rice and veggies + scrambled egg. Evening snacks: soup/nuts and dry fruits laddoo/sundal etc. Dinner: can be same as breakfast or any lite tiffin items. Quantity always leave the kid to decide

give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
