girl baby urinary part is in white coloured dirty will be cleaned by us daily or that is automatically clean. please advice

A. How can it be cleaned automatically on its own you have to go ahead with cleaning it by opening it properly and put some water and soap and do it gentles open the new watch it and clean it nothing it’s clean on its own you have to clean the intimate areas of your child with proper soap and water
