Getting fever on night times what may be the reason

A. Hello good morning !! Fever reducing and raising even after medication ,night time fever,chills for more than 3 days must be tested. Give mediacation as prescribed by your doctor generally due to wrong dosage , long intervals between medication also be the reason for temperature raise. Do sponging ,give medication with correct dosage,intervals,give more water,fluids,semi solids. If baby suffering from more than 3 days then consult doctor for blood tests..
