A. hi it might happen because of overfeeding or force feeding or Infection . so first please don't force feed or overfeed your child. maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time . give massage to your child everyday which will definitely help to cure stomach problems provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc which help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
