Q.
Gaining too much weight after weaning off breastfeeding..is that normal? I was losing weight while bf but since I stopped I've gained 7 kgs in 3 months..Should I worry?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! That’s a higher side of weight gain. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
