Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. see baby is having any ulcers in the mouth are any coating up the tongue kfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

This is completely normal you don’t have to worry about this kind of behaviour decision can happen on and off with kids so if you want you can just get it checked with your doctor to understand have a better clarity on that and then you can go ahead as per their suggestions
