From yesterday my 4 month son is having runny nose and sneezing a lot what can I do for him

Sinarist af you can give five drops to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours for minimum 3 to maximum five days along with that if nose is blocked you can also give one nasal drops and indirect steam to the child 3 to 4 times in the day that will also help
