Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

Minu XaviourGuardian of a 3 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. shocked to see that it contains methylparaben and propylparaben. These are preservatives of unknown safety. One study showed these preservatives concentrated in breast cancer tissues, they probably have carcinogenic potential.
What right does Himalaya company have to call itself an ayurvedic product when they are using such cheap and dangerous preservatives?
