from past one week my child is having cold and cough I'm giving sinarest it's taking time to cure any home remedies so that it gets relief fast

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, use baby vicks, n give steam inhalation. Warm honey with a few drops of fresh holy basil (tulsi) juice and fresh ginger juice to relieve the throat discomfort and improve immunity. You many also add some turmeric in food.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes let the baby continue with sinarest give steam inhalation use Nasoclear saline nasal drops apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back and feet and gently massage at bed time you can use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub you can give a spoon of honey or a glass of tumeric milk before bed
