Q.

from past 2days my baby is not eating food properly and done vomiting 2 to 3 times.also had fever in night 102 . pls suggest . it is due to teething or viral Or amy other issue

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is rguepeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. hi dear If your baby refuses all food or drink for more than a few hours , or can't keep any fluids down, he's at risk of dehydration. Vomiting that lasts longer than a day or two could be a sign of an infection or other illness that needs treatment .
