Q.
From past 2 days I have observed there is reduce in my breast milk ,what may be the reason. I have been feeding continuously for every 2 hours and the baby is crying

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade foodx from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galactx granules etc ).
you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.
