A. for gastric trouble you can give collicaid or gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system,as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent tryou can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan dropos too for better digestion.

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Can be due to colic issues. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Burp the baby after every feed. Use colic aid drops. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
