from last 6 months my weight is gaining ast now my weight is 73 kg I want to control my weight

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once with doctor and also go for thyroid test too. and you can control it with having balance diet and yoga &excercise. have more rich fiber diet and proteins. and do Surya namaskar and yoga planks on daily basis. take care
