from last 3 days my 2 yr old son pooping like muddy texture.. I stopped giving ghee and cow milk but no improvement.. what should I do

A. might be some indigesion it is mosrlt polrobably. offer stool binder food n probiotics , if no iprovement do consukt ur doctor to get tge evaluation done. t. c
