From last 3 4 days my 1 year old baby boy is having this pimple dane around his mouth.. do let me know the reason for it? also how to get it recovered

IsMom of a 1 yr 2 m old boy1 day agoA. Wipe the mouth after every feed and keep the mouth dry. apply moisturizer or coconut oil
