Q.
From last 20 days I’m giving Iron( Cpin) to my son because of that he is passing tight and dark coloured stool. And whenever he passes stool he become uncomfortable.. shall we continue with the iron ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. Yes iron drops cause constipation in the baby Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
