from Friday evening my baby is getting fever around 102.2 and it is decreased and again saturday night it is about 102.3 like that...I am using paracetamol syrup and levocitrizen to my baby

A. baby is 2 years In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
