From a week there is transparent slipry discharge from vagina. What does it mean? Never had before this much. Whenever i do poo i feel it in small one two layers. How it can be prevented?

A. Hi parent Though it's normal but if it's continuous and very heavy flow , you should consult your gynacologist. Take sunbath daily Walk more don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
