boiling and steaming is done only if the child is not tolerating the raw fruit. also boiling and steaming decreases the nutrition level from the fruits.
definitely there will be changed in taste as well as texture when you boil or steam the fruit but it is not harmful.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You should not actually boil the food that you are giving to the child because they lose their nutrition which is what it is a good idea that you do not use the boiling the fruits you should be giving them in the same form as data they are available
