From 3 days I am having waist pain, should I intake some pain relief medicine because my baby is completely in breastfeed...if yes then suggest some medicine if no then what should I do?

A. you can go for simple pain balm application and if it is not improving then kindly take paracetamol for one survival but if it is present again and again then kindly meet your doctor and at the same time it is important to have a proper posture
