from 2weeks my son has cold and cough and nose congestion...I gave him ecotir syrup and 1 coarse of antibiotics. everything was less from yesterday night started mucinac syrup again he got severe running nose and slight fever

Okay so what purpose you started the medicine that you’re mentioning from last night that your child got running nose and fever that is not clear to me so currently I’m just going to recommend you to see your doctor again they will guide you and advise you after examining the child
