Q.

from 2 days my baby had same temperature 101.3f night time only I'm using paracetamol drops what should I do pls suggest me

A. whenever fever is not improving with paracetamol you will have to see if the dosage of the medicine is given according to the weight of the child or not and if the power of the paracetamol is proper. also if the medicine is older than one month after opening then better to buy da new bottle. you have to give paracetamol and also do body sponge and keep the child in cotton clothes. after 2 hours of paracetamol if the fever is is not improving then you can go for higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day.

A. If the fever completely does not subside by completing the time of 72 hours now you’re saying two days monitor for another 24 hours if you do not see subside and completely then you’ll have to go ahead with further check up with your doctor as it could be due to viral dengue whatever it is but then it is just not a regular fever then
