Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it is caused by indigestion, Vitamin D and vitamin B12 deficiency or constipation so please keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day give soft food like khichdi, rice fruits etc apply thin layer of ghee or turmeric powder or honey on ulcers
