Found in the urine of a 1-week-old baby girl. What is the cause, and why is it so?

A. Please get it checked with your doctor sometimes these things can happen but it’s not a major thing but till then you’re not sure about what’s the reason behind it is it an infection or just normal thing nothing can be better to consult your doctor for better clarity on this
