for the past two days I have been giving chow chow puree to my baby. yesterday she pooped it by night but today she pooped the puree by evening itself. I was able to figure that out as the poop colour was pale green . should I continue to give that or not in future?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if she is active, not cracky, than it's okay.. Start with a very small quantity and slowly increase the portion. Weaning food must be a single grain , soft, well cooked food.
