Q.

For the last 2 days my 3 month old son is not doing enough pee . Is this a concern

A. It should be at least 10 to 12 times in the day that is not happening or if it is very lower than this then yes it would be a problem then that would be a situation where you can see the child hydrated that is why the child is not passing sufficient amount of urine
