For my son 7 yrs old which one is best zincovit syr or zincovit cl syr. and what is recommended dose pls guide

start syp ostocalcium.. ferronia xt and zincovit each 10 ml once a day for 3-4 months.
give Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily .. massage at bedtime
