ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
