For my baby that area skin is always like this ...It appears and disappears it's own... I applied HH derm cream and other derm cream ..It cures but again it appear like this ..why?

A. ring worm..infection / fungal Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
