for my 3 months old baby he is having small pimple kind and rashes with red colour around neck since there is no much space between the neck for him ,which cream and what I can do can you please suggest

A. Hi mom Keep the neck skin clean and dry. Apply coconut oil or himalya calamine lotion on the neck. This will help to give relief.
