Q.

for mucus fever and running nose Dr given and taken also. fever is gone still mucus there not coming out can feel her breathing. Dr said due to bottle feeding taking milk continue ears got infected and given attached medicine wat to do he said to stop bottle feed but it's not easy as baby is 11 months old

A. that's right, stop bottle feeding. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.

A. Try steaming. just that u need to block any gap that may be there in your bathroom and then turn on hot water. Get a towel and wrap it around your head. Let your baby sit in your lap and spend 15 minutes in the bathroom inhaling the steam. You may consider giving a gentle massage to soothe your baby.
