for fever and cold my doctor has prescribed febrex plus ds syrup for my 2.2year baby weight is 10.5kg.after how many hour can I give him and he said 4 ml thrice a day.can i give in every 6 hour.fever is 101 to 102 after giving medicine sometime it reduce and sometimes as it is.
