For Dwija also suggest me the diet chart or what to take in her daily routine food form B.F. to dinner n before sleep too #asktheexperts

A. hi mom give her most of the foods cooked in your kitchen milkshakes lassi paneer parathas poha idli vada sambhar mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee egg or chicken or paneer rice

A. hi parent two meals and two breakfass would do. soups of tomato, moong, drumsticks, daal etc meshed vegetables and fruits in the form of juices smoothie and puree probiotics as per season and suitablity khichdi sheera upma khir porridge daliya etc two small bowls each time nevero over feed orfoevefeed her
