for blood motions which tablet can I took....I am exclusively breastfeeding mother of 4 months child... yesterday 3 times I got that motions....and. which type of food can I take...please suggest me

you mean to say stool with blood, right?
if yes then it should be result of severe constipation or fissure
please keep your self well hydrated
take fiber rich food items more
drink warm milk with one tbsp of ghee daily before sleep time
