NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can give your child three meal along with the snack and also include fruits vegetable green leafy vegetable dry fruit powder dairy product like curd Butter ghee paneerwhich are all healthy and nutritious and good for the growth of your child and absolutely nothing to worry about
