Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as your body went through Major surgery and as you are nursing mother,you must take Healthy and nutritious diet. prefer Healthy food items like green leafy vegetables, fruits,nuts , different legumes and lentils, dairy products etc in your diet avoid junk food items.

As the baby is just 1 month old. while feeding ,mother has to drink lot of water. depending on feeding frequency mom can drink nearly 10 glasses of milk.. can use lactaways milk powder as well by mom. avoid spicy food , red gram, moongdaal. incase of c section. mom should not carry any tensions .
