for 13 months old baby which types of food we should give. and which cosmetics product I will use.. ??

A. Hello good afternoon !! As baby is one year+ feed 3 meals and 2 snacks . Include fruits and vegetables (sabji) , milk and diary products (Ghee, butter, cheese, curd, paneer),dry fruits powder, idly, Ragi, egg ,rice/roti or stuffed roti with sabji/dal in regular diet meets nutritional requirement.
